Tough Loss

East Hampton fell to Mt. Sinai in their home opener yesterday 9-4. After trailing since the 1st inning, the Mustangs came back with a vengeance in the top of the 7th, scoring six runs.

Coach Bahns let the team know that they played well in the game, and that the result can be chalked up to the way baseball is. The game can can leave you feeling exhuberated one day and leave you feeling deflated the next.  But the best thing about baseball is there’s always another day.

With that in mind, the Bonackers travel to Shoreham Wading River today to battle a tough Wildcat group.  I will try to get the results on here as soon as we get on the bus. Today’s a new day fellas!
